Open Trials for 2009/2010 Season
24, 27 June and 1, 4 July at Low Hall Sports Ground, South Access Road, Walthamstow, London
The highly respected and successful Leyton Orient Girls Centre of Excellence and Player Development Centre are holding open trials for the forthcoming 2009/2010 Season for its Under 10, Under 12, Under 14 and Under 16 age groups.
Trials will take place at Low Hall Sports Ground, South Access Road, Walthamstow, London E17 8AX on:
U10s, U12s and Goalkeepers (All age groups)
Wednesday 24th June: 6pm – 8.30pm
Saturday 27th June: 10am – 1pm
U14s and U16s
Wednesday 1st July: 6pm – 8.30pm
Saturday 4th July: 10am – 1pm
The trials are an opportunity for talented players to ‘try out’ for the Centre with the day consisting of coached skills practices and small-sided games.
All trialists will be notified if they are successful or not by letter which will be sent by Monday 20th July.
Successful trialists will compete in the 2009/10 Centre of Excellence League (East Region).
The Leyton Orient Girls Centre of Excellence and Player Development Centre is based in Leyton, east London and strives to provide an outstanding football development programme for elite young female players, incorporating a technical coaching programme, an extensive FA fixture programme against other FA centres, a structured fitness programme and detailed player assessments.
Our team of qualified coaches are experts in the field of coaching and empathetic towards the individual and collective development needs of female players. In our short six year history we have produced a number of successful international players and coaches.
Our new U10s Player Development Centre (PDC) links into our Centre programme and has been entered into a mini league which will be monitored and assessed by coaches from the FA Charter Community Standard and multi-award winning Leyton Orient Advanced Soccer School (LOASS).
