WIMBLEDON PLAYERS BRING QUALITY TENNIS COACHING TO SCORE
Leyton, London – Score, Leyton Orient Community Sports Programme (LOCSP) and WimX Tennis recently joined forces to launch Monday afternoon and evening tennis sessions run by former professional players.
The ‘Junior and Tots’ Tennis’ programme at Score runs every Monday from 3:30pm – 7:30pm and offers a fun approach to learning and developing tennis skills; coaching both individuals and groups.

6:30 – 7:30pm JUNIOR TENNIS GAMES 10 yrs+ £3.50
The new sessions also offer options for Adult and Children coaching and individual lessons.
WimX Tennis was founded in 2003 is a unique coaching brand that was established by five former Wimbledon players who have combined their Wimbledon experience to create a thriving tennis coaching community where players develop in a respectful, challenging and fun environment.
Leyton Head Coach and Associate WimX Coach Joe Chadwick said:
"This is a very exciting opportunity for the WimX Community and I'm glad to be heading it up. In the little bit I've seen at Score so far, there are some great kids with great attitudes who will be a pleasure to work with."
Former Olympic tennis player and WimX Co-Founder Lorna Woodroffe said:
"We are delighted to be working with LOCSP and we believe that kids of all athletic levels should be encouraged to play sport. For too long, tennis hasn't been a natural option for some of the sportiest youngsters in the UK and we plan to bring to Leyton a chance for all youngsters to enjoy and progress in tennis."
