‘EGGSTRA’ SPECIAL DAY FOR YOUNGSTERS AT GOALS

Over 120 youngsters had an ‘Eggstra’ special day as Theo, the Leyton Orient FC club mascot, came down to visit and present certificates at Goals, Chingford to round of the first week of Leyton Orient Community Sports Programme’s (LOCSP) Easter half term ‘Eggstravaganza’!

Everyone in attendance received a certificate, two tickets to a Leyton Orient match as well as two tickets to the Arsenal v Tottenham reserve team match at Orient’s Matchroom Stadium tonight. There were also prizes and trophies on offer for the best performers and most sporting participants.

LOCSP are running two weeks of half-term activities across Waltham Forest - the second week starting today with a Handball, Basketball and Multi-Sports Camp at SCORE, Leyton. Costing just £5 per day or £15 per week the camp runs from 10am – 3pm every day and is for boys and girls aged 5-14 years.

LOCSP are also running a Football Camp at George Green School on the Isle of Dogs this week.
